I got motivated enough to water and plant some seedlings that needed to be planted out. Got more to do. Will try to do tomorrow. Did a tiny bit of Spanish lessons.

Oh wow @TAB well thats interesting. Might be a good idea to avoid an operation around christmas don't you think? I'm happy for you. You may feel more prepared by January and lose a bit more weight?

Just organising groceries theres limited specials. Did get my cat a new cat food -"Tilly" brand, its got pumpkin, jelly and goji berries in some of the cans. Its a nice alternative to the other brands with the boring ingredients in them.

yeah gives me 4.5weeks extra re weight. @SmilingGecko  I didnt do much in 7 weeks up to first appt oh well.  been on phone and emails since got home

• operation date changed
• they had to re book post operation stuff and send to me
• travel claim for last week was refused as they claim I 'çhose' this specialist , also had the hide to send me propaganda on how they are spending on health so dont have to payme 0.38c /km to see specialist anymore   such  idiots, they tried this before.
• now have to cancel motel ,nearl;y forgot haha
