@greenpea I had the police drag me into emergency after calling a helpline. I eventually convinced them to let me go after a few hours once I'd calmed down.
I havn't been taking my meds lately and I'm due for my injection today. I just got overwhelmed by the aliens trying to make me die and by the flashbacks of my assault.
Now I can't sleep and my head is getting really messed up.

@The-red-centaur  I am sorry that the police dragged you in and surprised that the helpline called them :o!!! (I didn't know that they could/would do that kind of thing. I won't be calling any helplines in the future that is for sure). As for police I am very wary of them (I just don't trust them)  you did well getting emergency to let you go home after all of that. 

I am sorry that you are experiencing so many stressful thoughts at the moment plus not being able to sleep makes it 10 times worse. Is there anything that you can do to help you calm down like a hot shower, listening to music or going for a walk a bit later when the sun is about to come up?

@greenpea helplines only do that if your safety is at risk. It was necessary I guess.

@greenpea I'm glad you like the song. The original song is really heavy. I like hardcore punk lol.

@The-red-centaur  don't be scared I will be here for another 45 minutes and will sit with you and talk with you as long as you want during that time :). It will be alright The-red-centaur it always is at the end.

I like hard core punk too. I grew up in a post punk era in my teens so I have always liked moody, edgy music.
