Can I actually talk to someone at sane or is it just online?

Hi and welcome @Gemima. I've only ever used the online forum, like we are chatting here. But there is a chat line. Not sure of the hours though. Someone else may be able to give you that information... Just wanted to say hi and I am online now if you want to chat here.

they should be able to guide you in the right direction.
Maybe also go to the drop down on homepage and find contact details and other SANE resources. Its a pretty full on website, the forums are just a small part of it.

If it's urgent, it's best to call Lifeline 13 11 14
