I do paint occasionally with acrylics. I'm no artist! Haha, but I can sort of express myself with abstract type art. So yes, that is very helpful when I am stuck inside all day. 

Ive only ever been on a horse once, and I really dont think i did very well. 🤣 but thanks so much for the suggestions. 👍

Also, I have a cat that I have had for three years, he has recently started sleeping next to my head in the past three months, so he's been really supportive and helpful, I think he knows i need it right now. ❤ 

But talking about swimming this morning in the post actually motivated me to go today. So had a great swim at the pool. 👍😊
