Good morning everybody,
I have been a half lord of the fishes this morning, have you? I also got to be a half lord of the fishes in my yoga class last night. I am really noticing how so often we seem to do the pose of the week in my yoga class - even when we've never done it before. It is bordering on creepy!
@Former-Member I super love the picture of T-Rex. Can we expect more dinosaur-related yoga pictures from you now???
@Former-Member were you a half lord of the fishes when you got home yesterday? If not, methinks you need to be one right now in the office.
@Former-Member Oopsy! Definitely try to avoid injuring yourself while yoga-ing! And this is the point where I declare I have zero qualifications or expertise in facilitating a yoga group. This is very much a participate-at-own-risk adventure, so no suing the turtle for any injuries incurred while participating in this most peculiar of yoga groups.
@Former-Member Were you a half lord of the fish yesterday???
@Adge It is no problem at all to not contribute. I know you are having a super tough time at the moment. That is very cool that you are a seasoned half lord of the fishes without even knowing it. I only discovered the name of the pose while searching for videos yesterday for a sitting position twist. I'm thinking after we have been lords of the fishes this week, we should be fish next week.
@Former-Member I super like your enthusiasm for our yoga-ing. I look forward to you reporting in that you have been a half lord of the fishes (this really is the coolest name for a yoga pose and I intend to use it a lot this week!!!).
Happy yoga-ing everybody.

In pilates we just call it a 'rotation' so boring compared to 'half lord of the fishes'?!!!

Totally understood @Phoenix_Rising. All at my own risk. I tried it again this morning actually, after a bit of a limber up beforehand. Got there this time ..... yay! Sense of accomplishment achieved.

Ooh I love this pose @Phoenix_Rising. I didn't know it was called "half lord of the fishes" though. That is an excellent name. I will be doing it tonight when I get home and possibly in the office today! Thank you for keeping us all yoga-ing!

Hi @Phoenix_Rising,
I was a Half Lord of the Fish, last Monday! What is the position for this week @Phoenix_Rising? Have we got one yet, or have I just missed it?

We havent been given this week's yoga pose yet @Former-Member. I'm sure @Phoenix_Rising has something difficult planned for us. @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Adge. How did everyone get along with last week's homework?
