Have just had Bung, the tame magpie call for his daily rations. It is amazing how our pets can lift our
spirits if we've had a tough day. Magpies are very vocal at times and Bung is no exception. As I live
in accommodation that doesn't allow indoor pets, this bird means much to my love of all creatures great
and small. I have extra sympathy as his name fits his condition with a damaged wing. Fly free Bung and
