@Sunnyside226 i hear you, I've lost many people in my life and for some of them it's gotten easier over time for others it still hurts like hell. 

The peer support workers will often focus on those that are struggling and who may have little or no interaction with other members, then they'll usually tag other members in to try to get that peer-to-peer support happening. I know they get so many tags and notifications a day and i can't even imagine how hard it is to keep up with them all, sometimes mine goes crazy and I get over 200 emails a day for various notifications 😂.

Haha I'm here for all the moods, honestly some of mine haven't been great lately 😂. But you're not a grumpy bum lol

I love our chats both daytime and the crazy hours of the night ☺️.

Haha Casper loves dressing up, he just stands there and let's me put whatever on him 😂

Hehe those mum pants are getting a workout today, I'm glad she cares though. Her trying to make you smile and laugh is sweet. Haha your sis trying to buy you a stitch bag, secretly she just wants it for herself 😂.

I don't eat any fast food so I have no idea what they are like 😂

@Dreamy  I told them I didn't want to be alive    i might go sit by the river.  My sis  is sending me funny pictures to try and help   I think sitting by the river talking to all the people I've lost might  make less heavier weight.

I hear you and it's ok to feel that way right now when things are feeling heavy, it's just a thought and doesn't mean we have to act on it. Sitting by the river and talking to the people you've lost sounds like a lovely idea and I'm hoping it will help to make things less heavier for you. 

I'd still love to chat with you if you are up for it, but if you need some time away that's also ok aswell. I'll always be here for you ❤️

I had ham and salad sandwiches for lunch. It was just way too hot to cook today. 

I don't eat out or get take away food so make everything i eat at home.
