1- What is something you would put in your own 'Jar of Awesome'? 

2- How would (/ have) you celebrate(/d) that 'Jar of Awesome' entry?

Hi @TideisTurning  and all.   I'm trying to stuff a sunrise, shooting stars, a rainbow and sounds of children's laughter in my jar. . .  almost got it.

Think  I'm missing the point on this one  T T .    I'll try harder on the next assignment you send me

!!! HAZZAR It is I Glisten. Conquerer of flashing red light beeping Smoke Alarms.

Hardwired Smoke Alarms cannot defeat me! I have patience, skill, tools, and Google.

Last night I was to tired to deal with the offending smoke alarm. I lulled this demon smoke alarm into a false sense of security by pushing the test button and giving myself the advantage of a good night’s sleep 🛌  💤  

8:30am came the shrill BEEP. But I was prepared. “Off with your shell!” as I lanced the hidden clip with my trusty screwdriver 🪛 Exposing its internal organs, I extracted the 9 volt battery the demon had consumed and replaced it with a new shiny long life.

Thus I celebrate this Win with you good people of Forum on this FriYAY 🎉

@Glisten  Thanks for tag. funny as ever because we've all been through it. White knuckles tighten on the base ball bat as we tremble over a smoke alarm that just won't die.

Blackbird, a meal out with friends to mark your graduating from the peer guide program sounds like a wonderful way to celebrate!

Tony, while you may have taken a different approach to the Jar of Awesome, I feel like it's still one that is valuable! What I think you've managed to highlight in your answer is small every day things that can bring with them glimmers of happiness and gratitude when you notice them, which is kind of what that video explanation got at, so not missing the point at all! 

Glisten, good on you for not only leaving this challenge when you weren't feeling up to it, but also circling back to us with a small win! I feel like that was a great example of the purpose of the Jar of Awesome - making us more aware of our small wins or little glimmers, and providing a way to go back and reflect on them in harder moments.
