Share a cuppa?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @Former-Member ,

Thankyou so much for non judgement of my situation. I am very grateful that you care. I know the work I am doing is not for me, my heart's not in it but for now I desperately need the job. I haven't the strength to search for anything else. I do feel counselling/reiki is my passion. I need to persevere to get to a better place for my mental health. It appears to be ignored unfortunately. It is distressing to have to work with an agressive and negative individual especially when overworked and tired. I used to put up with aggression and bad language but I have decided I won't take on any further emotional trauma. My belief is the individual has a very negative mindset. I don't know what has created this but I feel lashing out at others and a workplace that does not prevent this is not a good mix. It's creating resentment amongst everyone interacting with the individual. I am simply grateful that I have not had any interaction today. I have lost faith in any promises made by the workplace which then fails to follow through on anything they have said. I agree @Maggie I do long to leave the toxicity behind. You are not being to direct. I feel foolish as I'm not coping with the behaviour but there is no where else to go at present. Hope you have a quiet and calm evening

LOL @ArraDreaming . @Eve7  was talking about buying fish and chips for the family and it cost her $70!

So yeah @Eve7 , the $10 fresh fish and chips sounds better there - I'd have that anyday!

Here's your chai @Paulette :

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @Eve7 ,

Thankyou for you kindness. I wasn't feeling brave and takes time for me to start feeling comfortable but your words and hugs meant a lot. I felt stronger for your support. Sending you a hug and hope your night is good.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hi @tyme ,

The chai looks beautiful. Thankyou

Re: Share a cuppa?

Fresh fish with chips, yuummm!!! You don't need to apologise @Paulette. This is a safe space, it's purpose is for us to share these things. I didn't join the BV conversation because you were having the conversation with @Former-Member and I was just respecting that space.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Yeah right! @tyme @Eve7 that makes sense, $15 for us last night

Re: Share a cuppa?

Also fresh fish!

Re: Share a cuppa?

I don't know whyy phone does this BV, and I don't even know what it stands for, but it's bloody annoying!
