@SmilingGecko @Bunniekins I hear you re weight gain! I am on the antidepressant that starts with E and an antipsychotic that starts with S. I have gained weight on the antidepressant and the antipsychotic makes me crave sugar. Until I started on it I never had a sweet tooth, now some days my cravings are so bad I could eat a bag of sugar!

Unfortunately I am not motivated enough to go walking, though I wish I was. If I ever actually get a job I would like to join the active centre. I can walk to the place it's that close to me. They have a swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna so what I would like to do is start off with a gym workout and then end up in the sauna.

I hope you both had a nice weekend, mine has been very relaxed.

@ENKELI   the meds have some evil side effects dont they.  i feel for you hunny.  it is really unfair.  i didnt realise what an effect it were having on me until my pdoc started to wean me off it and it has taken 3 years ffs.  

im even walking better.... more energy.  glad you had a chill weekend hunny. love bun xxx

@ENKELI  I found you! I’ve been looking in all the threads.

Meds are supposed to lighten the load, not create another problem.

To me that’s not solution but a Band Aid.

@ENKELI  I have been instructed that I’m not allowed to take my two pieces of furniture downstairs by myself.

Even though I carried them upstairs by myself.

As soon as I can find somewhere to store six boxes and my big tools, I’m out of here. Even if I have to sleep in my car.

@PeppyPatti can I use Mr Rocker’s place for 3 months?
