Hello @TAB sorry to hear about coughing/choking. It must make you feel awful. Does it stop if you sit up? I'm just sorry you have to put up with all this. I hope you can get through today ok and it doesn't bother you too much throughout the day.  I wish you weren't in so much distress tabby ❤️

OMG @TAB I'm with you on this. Don't ever feel like you haven't been heard. You seem to find coping strategies with all these demoralising symptoms. I'm just really sorry life isn't going your way at the moment and you are all alone without supports. I'm not faring well, got to take my own advice and relax. Take care tabby. For sure @TAB. If I'm in a difficult space I say uplifting words in the silence of my mind to transform my inner state. I usually say the word "Light". Dr Esmerato who did research on water which when used with human intention and then frozen produced an array of snowflake shapes based on words directed at water.

Just cleaned my kitchen @TAB it was a mess. Put celery in containers, threw out garbage, tossed out recyclables and then compost. Had some lunch.

I noticed the disability unit over the road gets more human services support than what we do. They have people going in there around the clock. Now workmen are building some kind of unit out the back. The whole property got upgraded last year after a sale to a disability agency and now it houses the intellectually disabled. They cant look after themselves but makes you wonder wheres the support for the mentally ill? We've always been the poor cousin of the health budget,
