I am thrilked tgat I slept so well @TAB . Went for my walk was cold wind. Having a cuppa and checking emails. Will make silverbeet fiilo again before I venture outside to sow the new native seeds I got in the post yesterday.

Raining here @GezzaP 24mm in last 24 hrs. was drought here, think at this rate mightbe somewhere near average rainfall. was really dry last year, didnt rain first 3 months.

so after like 2nd decent rain here this  year plants and trees gone nuts. grew more last few month than few years.Survival I guess; try and get roots down further

Well done with walk, maybe short one later here to loosen up. meeting someone shortly to sell car battery been sitting around for around a year lol. charged it up,. cleaned it and getting $80 lol. it would be good for at least another year. Got new battery chasing car starting dont want to problem lol. was starter motor.sohad good battery sitting around

The seeds are everlastings. Theyvare flowers look like daisies.

I cooked last few chooks in oven bag, works really well hey,it gets steamed as well, really tender

@Historylover It is overcast here too. I’m having a break frrom the cooking to allow the silverbeet to cook so I fan squeeze  the water out off it and tinish making the pie. Then if it’s not raining I will sow some seeds and look to see if any new seeds have germinsted. Then I’ll have a snack and read my novel wfter I do a few puzzles. I hope you have a good day.

Yes its hard to try and schedule things @Historylover I just walk in the afternoon.  Would be nice to be able to do more but I just work with what is. When is the best time for a walk for you? I tried morning but my meds were still sedating by 10am. Afternoon seems to be the best time for me to exercise. Maybe just try and commit to a timeslot that agrees with you and just do it no matter what. Dont tell anyone youve gone for a walk only once youve done it. If you are looking for an accountability buddy I'm happy to do that! 😊
