Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@StuF I've wondered about lowering the dose but it is heavily sedating that it enables me to sleep. Dunno. Thats good you went for a walk. We're all staying healthy!

@GezzaP I used to eat my main meal at lunchtime and have something light for dinner but since diabetes got out of the habit. Have been thinking of doing that again. In Chinese medicine they encourage to eat like that. You feel better in the mornings

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

hope you are going well

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@SmilingGecko Mexicans also eat their main meal at lunch time. And have a cooked breakfast. In some parts all the shops shut at lunch time until 4 or 5 and then stay open until 7 or 8. So do Chileans and Peruvians. In Argentina they don’t eat their evening meal until 10pm until midnight! They sometimes share half a cow between two people! In hot parts they also have a siesta.

When I had a Mexican family stay with me for 6 months the Mexican mother did nearly all the cooking. We had cooked breakfast nearly every day. Lunch was light because kids were at school/day care. We had a substantial dinner early. I still eat lunch and dinner early.

I made a pizza for us when they went to Church Sunday evening. I loved not having to cook. We only spoke Spanish at home because the youngest boy didn’t speak any English. It was good for me, but made me tired. Went to bed early as I was still working. Most days I let them get showered first and then got ready and left for work while she was taking the youngest two children to school/kindy. She did a couple of seminars and spoke at the end of one of my lectures once. Loved having them and slept like a baby. Wasn’t sick while they were here.

She was murdered by her boyfriend leaving 3 very sad children. I still miss her dearly.
