My furball thinks shes my secretary jumping on my keyboard! @ENKELI @Shaz51 @Dimity I just learned a new skill - how to make low carb "breadcrumbs" from cauliflower that you blitz in the food processor. Its a great gluten free option. I saw cauli crumbs for sale on Amazon for $17!!!  You can also just buy pre-blitzed cauliflower rice from the freezer section at the supermarket and put in the oven to bake it nice and crispy like breadcrumbs. It can be used in any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs

Your furball sounds adorable! I have to keep Mr MM off my keyboard, I fear he'd break it with his weight! (he was 8kg the last time I weighed him!)
