Yes, it makes sense now, but I reckon I'm going to forget. So really, you still get paid what you worked. It's just that you work an hour less so you get paid an hour less, right? @Captain24
I go into the office whenever. Sometimes I go for training days, others are catch up days... then there may be a few months I don't go at all... so there's no set days/times.
I'm taking the two older kids to the zoo tomorrow. I don't want the firecracker to go, but my sister feels sorry for her, so the little one MIGHT go. I don't want her to because she's hard work and she's got Kinder tomorrow. Also, the little one is going to the farm on Saturday anyway.
So yeah.... you're working tomorrow too, right?

Essentially. I get full pay for my regular shift but only one hour overtime. However from midnight it’s triple time as it’s a public holiday here. You say it so much better than me! That’s the asd and over explaining…
That's good that you can basically do whatever you want. It’s your choice.
I don’t blame you for just wanting the older two. I feel like she would ruin it and they need time on their own too. I’m sure the firecracker takes a lot of focus off them. What’s ’the farm’?
I work tomorrow night so I won’t be around but if you do message me I’ll get it in the morning and respond.
Are you back to regular hours now?

The firecracker just always needs the toilet and if she doesn't get what she wants, she'll sprawl herself on the ground and scream and scream and scream and scream!!! @Captain24 She needs to go to school so school can 'fix' her lol.
Triple time sounds amazing! We had our Grand Final footy public holiday already, so we don't get a public holiday on Monday.
I won't be going back to regular hours. I'm going to be here there an everywhere. It's week by week for now. It depends on what needs doing. So somedays, I just hop on to 'see' people on the forums.
There's going to be some changes to sane (as always). 🙂

She’s going to get a rude shock at school! @tyme. It must be so hard for you all.
It’s pretty good. I like it when we get the whole day though not just half! We don’t seem to get rostered for many of the public holidays. However we do get Easter a reasonable amount.
I need routine so I wouldn’t cope with that. 😜 but I guess it’s just your working time whether it’s with us or behind the scenes. I do like it when you pop in though.
More changes.. 😢 Does that mean we lose you? The changes make me really anxious. I’ve noticed that the changes support SANE but not always the members. But I guess we are just a small part of the big picture.

My days/times have turned on it's head recently so it's all different. Days and nights; nights and days. So even when I'm not working, I like to pop in, like on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays. So I don't have set times anymore.
Actually, I can't say much about the changes because I don't know what they are! It's a surprise in waiting lol. But I certainly hear the anxiety it can cause.
I'll let you know if anything changes. But for now.. the forums remain as they are. @Captain24
I'm not here to cause any unneccessary stress.
Stay tuned 🙂
I'll let you know how the zoo goes tomorrow. Fingers crossed my sister doesn't cave and bring the fire cracker.

Just saw the pic you posted. In a way, it seems like we all have those tendencies at some time or another! It's just the level at which we have them! And you know what? It's totally okay. There is no right or wrong.
You are what you are, and you are perfectly imperfect 🙂 @Captain24

That sounds fair. I do like it when you do pop in though @tyme. I’m sure I’m not the only one. I like when you’re my accountability buddy. It helps me get shit done as you are in my head waiting to see if I’ve done it!
I have anxiety just being on here anyway so it doesn’t matter. You have t caused any unnecessary concern. It’s ok! You sound excited though. I’m happy for you.
I hope the zoo goes well and it’s just the two older ones. Let me know how it goes and I’ll respond Saturday morning. If you pop in on Saturday it’ll be there

I think i've learnt over time that change is going to happen whether we like it or not. We have the choice to embrace it or the choice to avoid it. Avoiding it limits your opportunities, but embracing it opens them up.
I stepped into SANE knowing that CHANGE is inevitable ALL THE TIME. So really, everything that is happening meets my expectations.
I'll be honest though that anxious thoughts around the uncertainty is very natural.
I feel that once again, self- talk is key @Captain24
In time, I'd like to do some research around self-talk. Rest up!
See you when I see you tomorrow or the weekend.
