Re: The great yoga adventure

@Phoenix_Rising & @CheerBear. Keep wearing your duckie socks to each class. You may find that others in your yoga classes start asking where you got them from. You could start a new trend.
I wonder what the duckie pose in yoga would look like. Lol

Re: The great yoga adventure

Lots of different types of yoga on the brochure I picked up - vinyasa, dynamic vinyasa, slow flow, yin, essentials, relax, magic hour meditation, beginner course, prenancy course, yang to yin, align, candlelight flow.

Definitely won't be doing the pregancy one and the dynamic vinyasa might be a bit much but the others???????

Might need to get one of those 1 month unlimited passes and try them out @Phoenix_Rising @CheerBear

Re: The great yoga adventure

@Phoenix_Rising haven't got my duck socks yet - couldn't go out today - will aim for tomorrow now!

Re: The great yoga adventure

@soul I love the pictures of socks that you posted. I can't wait to see what socks you choose to wear to your first yoga class. Smiley Very Happy I think "yoga socks" have grip on the bottom so they aren't slippery...although I didn't find my duck socks slippery on my mat last night.

Maybe you could email the place and ask what class would be suitable for a beginner??? I get the sense that most yoga places are used to answering lots of questions from scared newbies. Smiley Happy
