@Sunnyside226 i get that fear of getting close or opening up to someone and then them leaving. That's happened to me all through my life. 

The peer support workers are all different ages i believe.

@Dreamy  my goal next week   is to get out of my comfort zone   and try to talk to different peer workers/ people. I mean I'll try  but anything could happen LoL

@Sunnyside226 it really is an automatic response and it's hard sometimes. 

I love that goal and I think it would be great if you can do that but just know if you can't then that's also ok. Change can be scary.

The stickers i got from ebay are called vinyl ones and you can get lots of different types and they are only a few dollars for like a bulk pack. 

Did you get the ball from kmart? Cos I've seen the ones they have 😂
