Re: Share a cuppa?

I am just working tomorrow and also going for dinner with a friend, what about you? 🙂 @ArraDreaming

Re: Share a cuppa?

Home tomorrow and just doing some stuff around the house, will go out for a coffee at some point, take the kids and dog for a walk, plenty of things that need doibg around here @amber22

Re: Share a cuppa?

That sounds so lovely, I hope you have a great day tomorrow 🙂 @ArraDreaming

Re: Share a cuppa?

I'm back, everyone. I did half an hour on my exercise bike, starting with three and a half minutes of three interval exercises on the heaviest resistance on the bike, then the rest of the half-hour cruising on my second heaviest resistance. I only do interval exercise three times a week and only three lots, each of twelve seconds, anymore than that is bad for you...and I also keep my heart rate below 140 when I'm doing exercise, you have to be careful.

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hey @Abner How are you today?

Anyone up for a chat this morning? Or a cuppa? I'm having a Christmas tea which is very nice 🙂

Re: Share a cuppa?

I'm very well today thanks @amber22, and enjoying one of my two rest days per week from exercise. I'm taking things easy, the end of the year is always an unwind period for me, and I enjoy it. How are you?

Re: Share a cuppa?

Aw that sounds really nice, its good to have some rest days and to take this time of year as a reset and unwind! I'm going well - trying to get Christmas shopping organised and everything ready for the Christmas period, and very excited for a break very soon!! @Abner

Re: Share a cuppa?

I'm just back from doing some shopping at the food hub. While I was there I struck up a conversation with a young woman who's studying mechanical engineering, we talked about how flow wheels harvest energy from things like water and electrical currents. As we were talking someone started pouring short grain rice into a container, and some of the rice started floating in the air, and I said "See? That's unharvested electrical current doing that." Science is magick!
