Good Morning @Meowmy @StuF @Bill16 hope your days go okay. Been sleeping too much here. 37deg here today, doing quick trip to local shop now.

was going to prune and spray roses , realised at last minute not best idea re heat stress.   it cools down wednesday, so will do it all after then, der .. just water and get sheep poo out tonight. 

think hibernate again today, but less sleep. bad toe looks all red, might try soaking it, but think try and get drs appt tomorrow.might start going to dr in bigtown that i used for gym referral. doubt take 5 weeks or longer like does here if pick which dr want to see. Had dr in adelaide telling me he was so busy, only took 2 weeks to see him lol

Good Morning @TAB just got 7 hours sleep last night. Did my morning detox routine and listened to an audio that clears energy body plus another that removes negative energy and entity attachment. Felt as if I shook off a lot of unproductive energy. I used to listen to it regularly but the you tube channel shut down and another party has uploaded all the old videos for posterity. Can say I feel a lot better getting back into these audios. The shift this morning was amazing
