@TAB Ridiculous pricing. I used to do bulk billing, then stopped seeing them as I had no need for a psychiatrist anymore that was in 2007. Have been flying solo since then except when I had to go back into the system for medicine management but could not realistically come off my meds said shrink. But it would be good having support worker of some kind. I'm getting a bit tired of having to hold it together myself, having some human kindness, interest and support???!!!

@SmilingGecko that's interesting. I wonder why it's become prevalent now, considering we ate gluten in foods in the 70s and 80s and had no problems at all.
I didn't know anyone with food allergies at school but now it seems like every second day person has an intolerance.
One of my friends has developed an intolerance to yeast, she can eat sourdough bread but normal gives her a rash.
I tend to think it's the addition of all the non natural products in our foods now. What are your thoughts?

This is what I learned from a healer who once owned a healthfood shop and now has a large presence on the internet @ENKELI The quality of food has gone down due to GMO and pesticides/herbicides/glysophate. The soils are pretty bad now not suitable for growing nutritious produce. If you want good produce you need fertile productive soil. Water is getting worse with forever chemicals now in it in addition to fluoride and chlorine and other contaminants. Plus the addition of viruses and pathogens in the human population pool like shingles, herpes, streptococous, epstein barr etc that feed off things like gluten and heavy metals lodged in the body's tissue. These get passed along the generational line so the children of today bear a heavier toxic load and are much unhealthier compared to previous generations
