have met a few people who worked in that system @SmilingGecko very low pay
but clients get whatever they want, outings, restaurants,get chauffered around ok this was senseless person in wheelchair who could not speak or control their body.
carer would decide where they wanted to go and take company van w client to football eg
they even get prostitutes paid for lol
Would not swap places with them though

@TAB they seem to get everything as far as I can see. They have mainly African workers going in and out. I would not like to be in residential care but youre right about them getting chauffered everywhere. I studied some units in community development and was aware of some of the things you mentioned. Makes you wonder why NDIS was so hard to get into for the MI and the largesse of it once people were accepted. Would be nice just to have visiting worker for support in the community. Cost of seeing a psychiatrist is $500 according to Bunniekins. Just basic supports of accessing some kind of outreach. I used to have a lovely worker for about 10 sessions and after that you were left high and dry. She was a lovely woman. That was pre-NDIS before they dismantled most of nearly all psycho-social rehabilitation.

Rang RSL this morning as sent them paperwork like 4mths and heard nothing
Step 1 is getting my complete medical records from Army lol . They will be sent to me then when I get an advocate give to them guess. Laters
