@Appleblossom @TheVorticon I lodged an NBN fault with my ISP....
the connection is dropping a lot during the day....
at night it works but I'm not home during day and I was told it keeps dropping out
The ISP confirmed this - it has been dropping out a lot for weeks
I hope NBN can fix it

Not sure if I can make progress..
it feels like she wants to keep talking to use up the appointment time
but she didn't give me any work to do

I have broadband issues too. sigh!
I am not sure why they dont give homework or some positive intervention. They might not feel it is the best approach, but hearing you that it is not optimal.
I belive they should devise a system of item numbers to justify the fees, beyond "initial" and "subsequent" consultation.

@TheVorticon @Appleblossom I had to call my ISP back today....connection dropped out a couple of times..they had a look at the connections and they have escalated to NBN...again...
hope they can fix it this time
it's been good for the last couple of weeks
I went to see the specialist and he gave me a script I have to take the meds for 5 days and then in a couple of weeks he will call me
But he said I will probably need an operation which is bad news ...
