That is such good news. Thanks for sharing that. I think you are right, having a name for what puts us onto the rollercoaster is helpful in naming,understanding and holding the whole experience differently. It gives us some handles on it, and we can then handle it more gently and insightfully.
Hope for "handles" on our triggers endures...

I can relate to where you are, i feel smothered by fear so often. There are better times though, there are some breaks in the fear. When I am able to think somewhat rationally i realise that the imagination of what is coming is often 10 times worse than the reality. I hope that makes sense!
Keep going, you are stronger than you know and sounds like you have lots of people in your life who love you, hold onto that love,
