I don't know who to turn to..? I have been going thru my things at home and come across questionable items that aren't mine and it's concerning regarding my mental health status. Things like a licence plate on a car I have never owned or had anything to do with, 2bags of gun powder, tools and devices the could be construed to create a weapon if assembled together correctly? What can I do? I have disposed of items so taking to police is out of the question..

Hey @Stella44
Thanks for reaching out. I can certainly hear your concerns!
If you find any other items that do not belong to you, do you think you can keep them and take them to the police?

It must be very concerning for you @Stella44 . I can hear you worrying about your mental health status - are you concerned for yourself (that you may have done things you're not aware of) or are you concerned what other people may think?
Is it possible the things have come from a partner or housemate?
Or are you fearing some sort of conspiracy?
You must be very anxious. Can you share your fears with a friend or family member? Or anyone who might know what's going on?
Also - and I raise this from personal experience - is it possible your vivid recollection of these things is delusional? You no longer have them.
Sorry if my raising these questions is distressing for you.
I've been through an episode recently that raised these sorts of questions for me. I chose to reach out to my mental health team. Now in retrospect I know some of the disturbing things were real events and some were delusional.

I think you need to meet up with a friend who you can show these things to and receive validation about finding them.
slso go to your Gp and talk about your memory
