hi @Fadednfried223 talking about addiction and substance abuse can be hard, and it shows real strength in being able to open up here. i'm so sorry to hear about things you've had to endure these last few years, that's a lot to process and hold.

it can be hard when our coping tools ends up being something unhealthy and risky, and i can see that you've been working hard in changing that - great work on getting clean off that other drug!

getting clean can be challenging on your own, and having professional support and guidance with the process can be helpful. would you be open to reaching out to a professional for support? Turning Point has a variety of drug, alcohol and addiction based services, feel free to explore the one that suits you best: Help for clients and families

i've had family members who have gone through substance abuse, and due to the stigma around it, these members didn't get the right support and it left a large impact on us. you deserve to be supported, know that we're rooting for you. we're here for you. 💙
