Re: Topic Tuesday // Navigating work life and mental health // Tues 17 Sep, 7pm AEST
Yes those are other great tips to raise @Shaz51 and @CheerBear
- if you have the opportunity and are comfortable opening up about whats going on for you at work can also be helpful. You can choose to what level of detail you tell people on this and you can take it slow
- It's okay to say no (even if it feels like it might not be) putting your wellbeing first and managing what you do and don't do is really good as it can ensure you are able to maintain your work without overdoing it

Re: Topic Tuesday // Navigating work life and mental health // Tues 17 Sep, 7pm AEST
I used to have a good work life balance. Meditation and art were important to me in maintaining this and my mental wellbeing.
Than work impacted my mental wellbeing.
I have seen it as necessary to take the time to address work and rebuild my mental health tools that were impacted by work.
I worry that my employer will judge me for doing what I need to do and feel bad that I couldn't report what I experienced.
I hope to get a balance back.

Re: Topic Tuesday // Navigating work life and mental health // Tues 17 Sep, 7pm AEST
@Lauz My workplace (pharmacy) are supportive of my mental health. Whenever I’m in hospital they’ve been great.
My only worry now is soon there will be new owners and I’m worried if snd when I need to go to hospital or have time off - what will they say or what will happen. I don’t know if I should tell them.
